Clinton C. Clarke

Clinton was admitted to The Bar of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas in 2013 and is a knowledgeable, diligent and versatile Attorney.  Before starting his own practice, he worked for Providence Law and Munroe & Associates where he gained a great deal of experience on a variety of legal matters. Clinton’s area of practice include Civil, Commercial and Corporate Law inclusive of Litigation and Transactional Work with special focus on Mortgages and Conveyancing, Insurance, Banking & Trust, Probate and Administration of Estates, Company Formation, Construction and Environmental Law. Clinton has successfully represented clients at the Industrial Tribunal, Magistrate Court, Supreme Court, Appellate Court and Privy Council. Prior to pursuing a career in law, he worked at RBC Royal Bank where he gained valuable knowledge and expertise in the Financial Services and Banking Industry.  Leading a power-house team, Clinton knows how to practically and legally put the pieces in place to bring about successful outcomes for clients. 

As well as his work, Clinton is passionate about serving the community. He is a proud Paul Harris Fellow, past President and current member of the Rotary Club of West Nassau and a volunteer mentor of the Boys Club of Excellence, a mentorship program at the Gerald Cash Primary School in Nassau Bahamas.

Georgette N. Dahl

Director, Legal Consulting (Counsel & Attorney-at-Law, Notary Public), 

Georgette N. Dahl is a seasoned legal professional with over 32 years of experience, having been admitted to the Bahamas Bar since 1993. Her distinguished career includes key roles including; Managing Director in Fiduciary Services at Bank America, Legal Advisor and Director at Gonet Bank and Trust and Executive Director and Team Lead for Asia and EMEA at JP Morgan Trust Company.

An accomplished business and operational executive, Georgette specializes in team leadership, strategic planning, and business process re-engineering. Her expertise lies in developing processes that enhance efficiency and productivity through change management strategies. A hands-on leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, she mentors high-performing individuals, optimizes organizational performance, and drives revenue growth.

Georgette’s strategic approach is rooted in data-focused methodologies, incorporating automated processes to enhance efficiency while ensuring compliance with global standards and cross-border regulations.

Georgette’s areas of expertise include Civil and Commercial Law, with specialization in Conveyancing, Mortgages and Finance  Contracts, Probates, Labour Law, Immigration, and Corporate Law. She holds memberships in the Society of Trust and Estates Practitioners (T.E.P.) and the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). Antionette E. Turnquest 

Director of HR Capital and Professional Development (Counsel & Attorney-at-Law, Notary Public)

An Attorney by profession, Antionette was called to The Bar of The Commonwealth of The Bahamas in 2000. After practicing at Graham Thompson & Co for a few years, she made the decision to pursue the field of Human Resources and Labour Relations. With a career spanning more than 20 years, Antionette has experience across numerous industries and companies inclusive of the Atlantis Resort & Casino, The Bahamas Hotel Employer’s Association, Bahamas Electricity Corporation, CIBC First Caribbean and Commonwealth Brewery Limited. Having held executive roles, she is accustomed to leading an Organization’s Talent Management, Employee Experience, Workplace Culture, Regulatory Compliance, Change Management, and Human Capital Management.  

Antionette has also worked in several unionized environments, affording her the opportunity to lead a number of Trade Union Negotiations as well as successfully mediate disputes.

H.E. Joseph R. Curry

Director of Mediation, Arbitration Real Estate & Consultancy

Currently serving as Non-Resident Ambassador Extraordinaire and Plenipotentiary of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas to the Holy See, H.E. Curry is a seasoned Diplomat with years of experience leading International Relations. He has worked in both the public and private sectors, leading large-scale regional projects, providing economic insight and preparing in-depth reports. 

Ambassador Curry’s career in Public Service includes 18 years in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, having served as Second Secretary/Vice Council at the Embassy of The Bahamas, Washinton D.C. as well as Director of Economic and Technical Assistance. During this period, he travelled extensively representing The Bahamas regionally and internationally. He has served as Advisor to Bahamian delegations to the World Bank/IMF and the Inter-American Development Bank Board of Governors meetings.  He has also been a Delegate of The Bahamas to the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), the Organization of American States (OAS) and CARICOM Foreign Ministers and Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA).  While pursuing interests in the Private Sector he served as President & Managing Director of ITICS (BAHAMAS) LTD., an Investment, Business and Trade consultancy firm as well as President of Bayhill Realty, an Appraisal, Property Management and Development Company.   

Ambassador Curry holds a BA in Organizational Communication from the University of Windsor Ontario, Canada, and a MA in International Affairs from The American University in Washington, D.C. with a major in International Law and a minor in Development.

Cameron C. Smith

Director of Specialized Assets Management, Loss Mitigation & Tax Recovery 

Having had a strong and fulfilling career in Financial Services and Banking spanning more than two decades at Citibank and Scotiabank (Bahamas) Limited, Cameron brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in Banking Operations, Compliance, Credit and Lending, Risk Assessment, Risk Mitigation, Tax Recovery and Property Investment.  As a licensed Agent, Property Manager, and Building and Property Inspector, he has combined his diverse banking experience with Real Estate. Cameron specializes in sales and rentals throughout The Bahamas.  He offers valuable insights into the latest real estate techniques and government regulations, as well as an extensive background in Property Management and new Construction Development. 

Cameron is regularly involved in community service and is a proud Rotarian and volunteer mentor for the Sybil Strachan Primary School Young Boys Mentorship Program.

Valderine J. Arnett

Director of Administrative & Legal Services

Having worked as a Legal Assistant for almost 20 years at a number of prominent law firms, Valderine has a wealth of experience supporting senior attorneys, and now brings this knowledge and expertise to the team at C3 Chambers and C3 Corporate.  

Motivated and organized, she provides assistance in a wide range of legal tasks that include conducting research on relevant laws, regulations and legal precedents to support attorneys in preparing cases, drafting legal documents and providing legal advice. Valderine also assists in the preparation and drafting of legal documents such as contracts, briefs, affidavits, pleadings and agreements, making sure they satisfy legal requirements and reflect the client's intentions. An excellent record keeper, she is proficient in organizing and maintaining case files and court documents, ensuring that they are updated and easily accessible, as well as filing deadlines and coordinating meetings, depositions and court hearings. Acting as a liaison between the attorney and client, she maintains communication, handles inquiries, schedules meetings, prepares invoices and manages billing procedures.

Dr. Tyrone A. R. McKenzie

Director of Finance and Investments 

Dr. McKenzie currently serves as the Executive Director at Kirkoswald Global Management Services Limited.  Drawing on over 20 years of experience in the Financial Services and Foreign Direct Investment industries, he provides leadership and direction in the day-to-day operations and strategic human resources management in this Fund and Asset Management firm. Dr. McKenzie is also the Founder, President & CEO of TMAC Consultancy which provides consultancy services in the areas of: Foreign Direct Investment, Financial Services, Business & Start-Ups, Strategic Business Partnerships, Consulting & Coaching, Management & Advisory, as well as Compliance. 

During the course of his career, Dr. McKenzie has held a wide range of senior high level executive positions in both the public and private sectors. He served as Acting Director of Financial Services and Deputy Director of Investments in the Ministry of Financial Services and Foreign Direct Investment (Bahamas Government). He has held the position of General Manager and Sr. Vice President at Albany Bahamas with responsibility for Development, Human Resources, External Affairs, Government Relations and General Administration of the Resort. He has also served as a Detective, Education and Training Officer, and Chaplain in the Royal Bahamas Police Force. 

Dr. McKenzie is an ordained Anglican Priest with a BA in Theology from Codrington College. He also holds a BA in Economics from the University of the West Indies, MA in Psychology from the University of South Hampton, and an MA in Religious Studies and Doctorate in Divinity and Social & Biological Ecology from Howard University. Dr. McKenzie is certified as a General Manager in Hospitality Management and Strategic Human Resource Management from Cornell University.

C. Renea Bastian

Jamaal J. Davis

Director of Information Technology and Innovation

Jamaal is an experienced IT Specialists with a demonstrated history of innovation and delivery.  He is proficient in the areas of Business Process, IT Strategy, Data Warehousing, and Website Development & Management. Jamaal is a Cisco Certified Network Professional as well as a Certified International Project Manager, AAPM. Additionally, he is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Administrator (MCSA): Server.  Throughout his career Jamaal has been instrumental in developing various three-tier ecommerce systems, implementing SharePoint Enterprise Farm applications for content delivery and document management, activating Microsoft 365 Migration, and designing and planning I.T. infrastructure for new businesses and offices.

George Rodgers

As an accomplished Financial Crime Specialists with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, George excels in the prevention and detection of financial crimes.  Since joining the Royal Bahamas Police Force in 2008 he has had a progressive and rewarding career in Law Enforcement. He has vast experience working across various industries conducting investigations in accordance with the Proceeds of Crime Act of 2018, Constitution of The Bahamas, and Bahamas Police Act. His areas of expertise include matters relating to Anti-Money Laundering, Cyber Security, Fraud, Asset Recovery, Interrogation and Corruption. George obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting from The University of The Bahamas and is certified in Governance Risk and Compliance as well as Anti-Money Laundering through the International Compliance Association. He has also successfully completed the United Nations Office on Drugs and Financial Crime Certificate as well as the Caribbean Financial Action Task Open Source Investigations Certificate.

Anthony U. Bostwick

Director of Public & Private Partnerships (JP, MsC)

Anthony has a Master of Science Degree in Trust Law and is a certified International Project Manager (CIPM) and Certified Planning Engineer (CPE).  Since 1989 he has had an illustrious career with The Bahamas Water & Sewerage Corporation where he currently serves as the Area Manager for the island of Abaco and its surrounding Cays. In this role he has management oversight for the Water Management Field, as well as Technical and Commercial Operations.  Other roles that he has held at the Corporation include Eleuthera Area Manager, Special Projects & Business Development Manager and Project Coordinator leading a $83m IDB Water & Sanitation Sector Reformation project. With 31 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Business Development, Project Management and Data Modeling, including 27 years of technical, environmental and regulatory experience in the water utilities industry, he has extensive knowledge and skills.
